At the Khayam Garden, these “simple pleasures which are the last refuge of the complex” (Oscar Wilde) are the result of constant attention paid to your comfort. Our simple yet refined establishment, sheltered from the hustle and bustle and facing the most beautiful of Nabeul’s beaches, places at your disposal numerous services and facilities dedicated to your relaxation and enjoyment with the goal of better nursing these moment of rest and escape that make up your holidays.

The finest address in the city of the potters

Enjoy a refined resort far from the congestion of the major tourist destinations, that’s what Khayam Garden proposes. Located on a beautiful white sand beach, it offers an oasis of calm and enjoyment close to Nabeul’s town centre, the museum and the historical site of Neapolis.
Completely renovated in 2012, it occupies a 4 hectare park and has its own private beach.

Leisure

Four swimming pools are available for residents including a pool with entertainment facilities, equipped with a slide nearly 10 metres high and a 35 m long zipline for both children and adults to enjoy. Additionally, a Spa Five Sense centre offers a variety of on-site health and fitness treatments.

Accommodation

The hotel has a total of 361 rooms (288 double rooms, 6 large double rooms, 51 family rooms of which 15 are linked, 11 single rooms and 5 suites). 60% of them look out directly onto the sea, the others look out onto the swimming pool or the gardens, all have their own balcony. Split into three blocks of three floors each, they are equipped with the usual amenities: satellite television, safe, telephone, mini-fridge, private bathroom (shower or bath, hairdryer).

Restaurants & Bars

For your meals, you have a choice of 4 restaurants, including the main restaurant (the Phoenix) and a restaurant found in reception (Bonsai) which are open all year round.
In summer, guests can also eat on the beach (Le Bambou restaurant), on the swimming pool terrace, at the barbecue restaurant (Carissa) or the two snack bars depending on their mood. There are also 5 bars and cafes scattered throughout the hotel.
